I’d like to give people a challenge. I’m curious I want everyone listening, for the next 7 days, To try something And if you could give one to three different things that we could think differently or eliminates when a thought comes to us or we react in a certain way. If there’s something you think that if we eliminated 1, 2 or 3 things and we’d do this everyday for 7 days we would start to see incredible feelings of differently, we would feel healthier, more lively, more love What would be those few things? OK, well most people, number one They get up in the morning and they check their cellphone, they check their texts, their Whats App, their Facebook, they post Something on Facebook, they drive to work the same way, do the same things, so They’re in a program They’ve actually lost their free will to the program So if you start your day and you Start your day with this simple question What is the greatest ideal of myself that I can be today? You ask yourself that question! And now listen, your body’s going to go like “Well, you got to get a cup of coffee and you got to I’m tired” And you got to go Body You’re not the mind, I’m the mind right now! You’re going to sit here. I’m going to feed you, you’re going to get your coffee, you’re going to do all those things, but right now, this is my time. You’re going to obey me! Right? So now, the body’s no longer the mind, you’re the mind And so when it wants to get up and you become aware of it and we turn back to the present moment. Every time you do that, it’s a victory! And you’re changing some aspect of yourself. So then Ask yourself, I do this all the time. Write down 4 thoughts that you’re going to stay conscious off the whole day “I can’t, it’s too hard”. You’d be surprised the moment you become conscious of what those thoughts are, how unconscious you’ve been to them all day, for weeks on end Write down what you speak, how you speak 4 things you want to change. How you act How do you act? Do you complain, do you blame, do you make excuses? Do you feel sorry for yourself? That’s a victim consciousness. What emotions do you live by? Is it possible that you’re so used to living by guilt That you don’t even know it’s guilt? It just feel like you? Do you allow your energy to drop? Become conscious of those states of the mind and body and review them and say “This is the old self” Then say “What thoughts do I want to fire and wire in my brain?” And start firing and wiring and start feeling it! What behaviors will I demonstrate today? What choices will I make? One day, one lifetime! And just like you did Rehears them! Rehears the whole entire thing Begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain And if you keep installing it, the hardware is going to become a software program and you’re going to start to think and act in that way And then here’s the tough part Can you teach your body emotionally What your future’s going to feel like before it’s made manifest? And don’t get up until you feel that way! Now… Practice that for a few days And then see if you can stay in that state and watch all of a sudden all those weird doors start opening for you. Synchronicities. Synchronicities is what they are Number 2 Take some time at the end of your day The end of your day, before you lay down and give thanks for your life. And feel gratitude and really teach your body what it feels like The emotional signature of gratitude when…gratitude means you’re getting something If I give you something that’s a value, you would say thank you because you would feel it, right? So, when you’re receiving You’re giving thanks. So gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving So then, people only accept, believe and surrender to the thoughts equal to their emotional state. So if you’re in a state of gratitude Every thought’s going to make it right down into your body If you’re saying “I’m healthy I’m healthy I’m healthy I’m wealthy I’m wealthy I’m wealthy” and your body is programmed to negativity, it’s saying “No, you’re not No, you’re not No you’re not”. The thought’s going to stop right here So you elevate your state There are about 1200 different chemical reactions that go on in the body that begin to restore and repair the body in a state of gratitude And so we’ve done the research to prove that 10 minutes and just feel it with all of your heart. That’s it! Third thing And very important Take time, whenever it is Sit down and close your eyes and begin to just open your awareness to the space around you and just sense it and pay attention to it and become more aware of it. The act of opening your awareness begins to reduce the stress hormones and creates more coherent brain wave states I’m doing it right now and it’s just a practice It’s just a practice. And the more you do it The better you get at it!

  • See thanks…Thats where I get hung up. Why should I be thankful for a bad life one i didnt want in the first place? Why should i be thankful when i wished for death and wished to be let out of this shit life with shit humans and nothing happened? I woke up to another bad day to exhausted and anxious ridden to actually kill myself. Dont get me wrong. Ive seen gratitude work but man, i have to have vengeance. I have to make people suffer and pay who have wronged me. If there is some kind of god…it has to be made to suffer for the act of creation. Creation is evil.

    Take time to open your awareness to the space around you and at the end of the day say thanks for the things you have received. Watch everything you ever wanted manifest in your life 🙌

  • Becoming aware of the space around you is awesome. Very hard to do but Joe is right, you just need to practice. It’s a great feeling.

  • When I wake up, I have a nice little stretch in bed and get up when I'm ready to. I don't even look at my phone because I don't care what time it is or if I have any notifications. I'll check them when I'm ready. I make myself a nice cup of tea and I sit in peace and be aware of who I am and what I intend my day to be. To be self-aware is one of the most important things you can have. I don't have a particularly happy life and I've never had the best mental health, but I make sure I keep myself active and physically well which helps my mental health. I often "check in" with myself to see how I'm doing, to see if there's anything I can improve, and to be aware of how I act/interact during the day. I try to enjoy the simple things in life and all my simple little treats to myself, and I try to do what's best for me and for others, and it's always nice to dream too but not yearn your life away. Life is short. Be careful not to let it pass you by completely.

  • Deeply deeply deeply depressed. Antidepressants make me not care about ANYTHING ❗️So my life cannot change. I have lost all my family the last few years. I feel like I am just waiting to die. I have so much I wanna do but ask myself why? It will all be over one day, one day soon 🙁

  • Just yesterday, I told my daughter. She better get use to doing things that she doesn't want to do, that's life. Because we've been programmed, since birth, like machines. Free will, is hard. BUT is how we think, while doing life, that matters. Great video!!!

  • Well, I think that step 1 is counterproductive because if you think of your body as the one who leads you, you start to feel controlled, which is a negative feeling, and you will start fighting against your body while your body is just there to support you. The program is yours, you program yourself every day with your thoughts and where you put your attention on. The so-called programs, are there to make your life easier, to help you with the repetitive tasks. Without the ability to program yourself, you would have to learn everything every day, how cool is that😏 You just have to select which program serves you, which one is not. What you like you keep, what you don't like, you reprogram. The word program feels like we are robots, so I would rather call them habits and belives.

    Otherwise, you are the creative energy that creates your body. You don't have to tell your body that you are in charge, your body knows that and always obeys you. It is better to appreciate and thank your body for bringing you where you want to be, doing what you want to do, and showing you what belives are serving you or not. Rather listen to/feel your body what is telling you about your belives and thinking process.

    Start your day with a positive intention, and fallow your intuition/ your bliss/ your good feeling all during the day. Try to practice the other 2 suggestions, so you maintain a calm and more positive state of mind and hear your intuition better. Suggestion #2 is important because the next day you start off where you left off the previous night, so going to sleep feeling good, will help you wake up feeling good, you will not be tired and will not need coffee in the morning to worry about #1🙂

    Also, keep in mind that this is not a fast process, so you should not expect yourself to have it perfect at the first try and beat yourself up because you are not getting it right away. It's OK too if you don't feel good all the time since there are lots of different vibrations going on around you, and contrasts are good for you to help you create and evolve, just don't let yourself too deep into the contrasts! When you bounce back from contrast, you become stronger and wiser.

    Become conscious of them and review/revise them

    Teach your body emotionally what ylur future is gonna feel like when it manifests.

  • I suffered from sumat that no doctor can understand my illness started from my brain/mind and as dr Joe dispenza says THE MIND CAN CONDITION THE BODY AND CAUSE AN ILLNESS well dr Joe is so so right…
    Ive suffering from this since 1991 wen I was 13 years old..
    I eat a meal April 1991  I was so so full that  I felt extremely uncomfortable all my body went warm  then my mind kept racing so fast that lasted 5 or 10 mins  the thoughts from my mind was so powerful that I kept thinking
    Omg im so full I can't breathe what's gonna happen to me etc then all of sudden it felt like sumat burst in side my stomach/body and  that was it  I just had no air to breathe  I went to bed trying to brush it off  but next day I felt same  my father took me to the doctor but doctors couldnt find any issues in me   I automatically healed many weeks later  And through out the years I was perfectly fine and many times wen the same symptoms kept coming back  but each time it wud be worse than the previous times..
    And now recent from June 2018 till this present day August 2019  I've suffered worse than everrr it's deeply deeply traumatised me  I've had all the hospital tests  done and all my results are all clear. .
    The only hope left is to see a psychiatrist

  • Best morning routine is for me that i have tried. I read this whole video in text that is commented down below, i dont get up before 2 hours usually and it's like i meditate i change my state before i go up and repeat what im going to do and how im going to feel doing it, and i dont go up until i feel like i want to. Sometimes my eyes go back of my head lol and it works you can change your state it takes time and patience. Add a cold shower after doing that, read some and listen to some motivational video or some uplifting music and write down your goals then make a smoothie and start your day. Best routine ever to have a great day and life. I'm gonna start reading this every morning again. It's the best seriously. I also used to do wim hof method with this video text, then with the cold showers thats a good one haha 😀

    Thus you reach the valid reasons for the Endtime, a Rescue, Evacuation of Viable Consciousness and total, permanent eradication of all Evil and its minions.
